MoanMax takes safety seriously. Although all content is AI-generated and does not depict real people, we provide clear channels to report and remove content that violates our policies or the law.

What we remove

• Any content that sexualizes or appears to depict a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual likenesses of real, identifiable people created without their consent.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights (DMCA).
• Content that otherwise violates our Terms of Service.

How to submit a request

Please include:

• A link or identifier for the specific content.

Our response

We review every report promptly. Content that violates our policies is removed, and where required by law we report to the appropriate authorities. We may disable accounts responsible for violations.
