Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoanMax (the "Service"), an AI image and video generation platform for adults. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & age requirement

The Service is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access or use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that it is legal for you to view sexually explicit material where you are located.

2. Nature of the content

All media available on or produced through the Service is 100% artificially generated. It does not depict real people, real events, or actual sexual conduct involving real human beings. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional and coincidental. Because no real performers are involved, the content is not a visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone who is, or appears to be, under 18.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual "deepfakes" of real, identifiable people without their documented consent.
• Content depicting non-consensual acts presented as real, trafficking, or other illegal activity.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.

We use automated and manual moderation. Content that triggers minor-safety signals is rejected and is never stored. Violations may result in immediate termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

4. Accounts & credits

Certain features require an account and the purchase of credits or a plan. Credits are a limited license to use the Service and have no cash value. Generation outcomes are probabilistic; a successful charge does not guarantee a specific result. Refunds for failed generations are handled as described in our in-app help.

5. Your content & license

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the generations you create. You grant MoanMax a limited license to host, process, and (where you choose to publish a generation publicly) display that content on the platform, including with a brand watermark.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoanMax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & contact
