MoanMax respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). The Site embeds videos from third-party platforms and does not host the underlying media files. Where possible, please direct copyright complaints to the source platform that hosts the file. We will also remove the embedded reference from the Site upon valid notice.

To submit a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The exact URL on MoanMax where the embedded reference appears.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent above with: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information plus consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.

Repeat infringer policy

MoanMax terminates the access of users (including uploaders, where applicable) who are found to be repeat infringers.
