What we collect
- Approximate location. We use the country and region your IP resolves to (provided by our hosting platform) to determine whether age verification is required. We do not store the IP itself.
- Cookies.

When you complete verification via a third-party provider (Yoti, AgeChecked, Veriff, etc.), we store only a token confirming the result. We never receive your government ID or face scan.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider retains short-term access logs (URL, user agent, timestamp) for operational and security purposes.
What we do not collect
- Account credentials (the Site has no user accounts).
- Payment information.
- Video viewing history attached to your identity.
Third parties
- Embedded video sources (Pornhub, XVideos, RedTube, YouPorn, Eporner, etc.) operate their own players inside the Site. They set their own cookies and collect their own analytics subject to their privacy policies.
- Ad networks (e.g. ExoClick, TrafficJunky, JuicyAds) serve ads on the Site and may set cookies for frequency capping and attribution. Each network publishes its own privacy and opt-out.
- Age verification providers handle ID checks under their own policies; the Site only receives a pass/fail token.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the Site does not maintain user accounts, the data we hold about individual visitors is minimal. Requests can be made to privacy@moanmax.com.
Children
The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18. If we learn that data was provided by a minor, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects any update.
